IT Service Updates

This page contains advice pertaining to all IT-related scheduled and unscheduled interruptions to systems/services.

Unscheduled service interruptions

There are currently no unscheduled outages. All services are operational.

Scheduled routine service interruptions

The Student Management System will be unavailable due to routine maintenance from 04:00 PM on Friday 6 December 2024 until 12pm on Monday 9 December 2024.

During this downtime several university resources that rely on the Student Management System will be inaccessible, including:

  • Student Management Services via MyºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Student Portal - students can view MyºÚÁϳԹÏÍø content, except for components and forms that allow them to view or change personal details, unit enrolment, statement of accounts and HELP loan scheme elections.
  • Student online forms
  • The My eQuals System
