Learning outcomes
After successful completion of this unit, students will be able to:1. Identify relevant communication theories used in various marketing cases/situations;
2. Critique and reflect upon the relevance of communication and marketing theories as applied to real-word interpersonal and interorganisational communication and marketing situations; and
3. Apply critical and creative thinking to contemporary communications in tourism and events.

To pass this Unit, students must both:
- Achieve a mark of 50% or more; and
- Attempt every assessment item.
