Learning outcomes
On successful completion of this unit, students will be able to:1. Identify and apply appropriate project management strategies for construction projects;
2. Understand different roles and responsibilities of a construction project manager, with reference to the digital information on resources, cost, time, risk and quality;
3. Explain the different skills required by construction project team members and project manager and how they are applied within a construction project; and
4. Formulate and propose digital solutions to project management issues.

Participation requirements
Active engagement in all online modules enhances your learning and is strongly advised. Unless specifically stated in the unit outline, there is no mandatory attendance requirement. However, you may elect to attend timetabled activities, as they allow you to ask 'real time' questions to develop your understanding for the relevant assessment tasks.
